Busy school times

April flew by as we were always running around events both day and night. We celebrated International Day at school and really enjoyed seeing all the different cultures represented in current or traditional attire; there was a parade, plenty of food, games, and other activities to represent different countries.

Pip also had her school performance where the kids did a great job and she overcame her nerves to put on a good show.  Lastly, Pip also had a Sports Day where they didn't always sort the students into heats, so she left many of her competitors in the dust.

The weather has been pretty ideal and we haven't run any heat or air conditioning in 2 months.  We had a lovely picnic with some friends in a garden and afterwards Kara was wishing for some flowers for home.  Within 5 seconds of this wish, a vendor came around the corner on a scooter and Kara got the peonies she was hoping for.  We had our first round of the covid vaccine and have the next round scheduled.

Spring Break

Spring break has come and gone in a blink of an eye.  We had some fun, enjoyed some warm weather, took lots of walks, had some routine doctor visits, and overate. Hope you're all doing well!
