Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, the holidays are passing fast and furious these days. We've enjoyed spending time with family and occasionally getting to slow down a bit. We still feel a void and sadness through these holidays without Nana. It's not the same without her. The girls had a good Christmas and are happy with their haul and have enjoyed watching their list of movies. They've been helpful as well getting things ready for the holidays with plenty of chores. They've had lots of fun in Waconia, as always. One additional treat was a trip to the U of M library that had some of the original copies of classic stories. We got to see some of the first sketches, re-writes, and notes from Strega Nona, Goodnight Moon and Sherlock Holmes. Wishing you all the best in the new year!
Here are two short clips, one of Nina's solo at a recent concert and one from Pip's gymnastics meet.
