The Naks are excited to have another beautiful girl in the family as Annie gave birth to Margaret Ann. Nina is pumped to be a big cousin, we're happy to be an aunt and uncle, and Vivian is enjoying the short time in her life when she's bigger than Maggie. Congratulations Annie, Adam, and Gus!
Nina has been helpful at trying to console and help Vivian on our car rides to visit Maggie and we can often hear things like, "It's okay, baby" "almost there, Vivian" "We'll get goin, baby... C'MON LIGHT!" When Vivian isn't consoled, Nina has taken to recording Vivian crying and playing it back to her, using the iphone's "auto-rap" app to synthesize the cry. Both girls seem to have found their groove and are sleeping well, so naturally it's time to mess with their schedule and start work again. Hopefully they adjust, and hopefully we do too!
